We have been working diligently to mitigate the damage caused by persistent beaver dams while also working to stabilize the bank in support of future projects.
Plans for 2025 include: Installing three HOBO monitors in the stream to compare data with 2024 before beaver dams were removed. Conducting a brushing of the creek in July. Potential development of a Conservation Easement and eventually creating a parking area at the old railroad path and moving the existing gate inward.
